dForce Hair Product with muted video tutorials

Hi everyone!

 

I purchased this item: https://www.daz3d.com/classic-long-curly-hair-with-dforce-for-genesis-8-females and I'm not really getting 100% how to use it..

So, I went for the Video tutorials that come with the product but there's no sound in the video tutorials... just the process with kinda poor video quality (doesn't allow me to check some of the In-Progress procedures) and some occasional subtitles.

Has anyone also purchased this product who can confirm if the video actually has No Sound at all? My speakers are working fine...

I'm not a pro at Daz, I'm still learning but the tutorials, the way they are, are not super explanatory... :(

Is there any way to contact the seller directly?

    Just looked at the first of them and no sound.  The video is sharp enough, with the left-hand side (content libray) blurred out.
