PC+ Membership weirdness?

I'm a PC+ member, but I'm not getting the PC+ prices, nor am I seeing the PC+ forum while signed in. I double checked in my account, and it indeed has me as an active member. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hmm, it looks like your account status has gone AWOL - maybe in the PC anniversary excitement?

    Apologies.. all I can suggest is that you file a ticket to CS, it should be resolved pretty quickly.

    Thanks, Jack. Ticket filed. I mentioned too about not seeing *any* newsletters, or exclusive offers, or anything in my Inbox. Is that normal? If I have declined those somewhere, is there a way to reenable them?
