Does Celeste Require Raven 8?

The title of the product infers it does, but under requirements, it just refers to Genesis 8.
Until Fisty/Darc/Fred Winkler/Sabby do another FWSA vampire product, like their excellent G3 ones, for G8, I'm still hoping for someone to replicate the demonic brow/forehead shaping morph 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer'/'Angel' used to show vampires having, so that I can make some art for those fandoms. It seems as if Celeste incorporates this for G8 characters, but I've no idea if Raven 8 is needed for that or if it would allow me to just dial in that forehead.
Or is it the entire head which needs to be dialled in? If so, that leaves me back at square one, again...
I mean, I'm hoping someone will do that vampiric forehead shaping morph for this Hallowe'en season, but there are no gauarantees.

Aw, it's changed to requiring R8...
Can anyone who has it confirm that the vampiric forehead is a separate morph? If so, how does it look like when applied to other characters without R8 dialled in? Can we use this to create that vampiric look for any G8 character?
I don't see a morph to furrow the brows in the Celeste package like they show in that first promo image. I'm not sure how they got that look.
You can use Celeste without Raven and it will look pretty close. The face is a bit narrower and the body slightly rounder without Raven. I think the height is the same but I'm not positive. (I used the pale MAT on the one without Raven loaded and the normal one with Raven.)
I think the look is an expression not a ridge image attached.
