dForce Sheet Ghost has gone up in price

The dForce Sheet Ghost is not showing any reductions and now costs $19.95. When I looked at it earlier it was a lot cheaper than that. I am logged in, other new items are showing 40% or 58% reductions, Cabin in the Snow is $8.38
