Response time customer service

Anybody else waiting really long for a customer service response atm., nothing since three days.
Not even one of these "we'll get back on you soon" mails they send you first when they are busy

They are probably hit up with a lot of problems from the server outages. If you've submitted a bug it can take a week before they actually read & respond to it. If it's like a refund or overcharge than they generally only those really quick, 3 days or less.
Last time I requested a refund was two weeks ago, the whole thing including mails forth and back was handled within a few hours.
Yes, me too for the most part but I seem to remember I had one that was on a weekend or holiday or something and no one was at work until Monday or Tuesday to do the refund.
No, was about overcharging, but got a response now, thanks for your answers.
A reply from Tech Support arrived for me this morning after a three day wait, which I consider reasonable. Sales is usually quicker. (I don't refer to automated responses)
