It looks like part of the corset/bodice area is Liquid Armor by smay on top of the bodysuit.
Could be the Sexy Skinz Latex bodysuit over at Rendo. It's a geoshell, so it would fit under the armour. But I don't think it has the sideseam
I still not find the item.
