need a speciffic Tank Top
in The Commons
I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find a one shoulder tank top like the ones in the attached photos below for G3/G8 or possibly any other figure since this would be an easy clothing item to convert. I need it for an MMD animation using a cheerleader outfit. Thanks!

When I saw this request, I was sure I had seen something like that before. But I can't find it on either Daz or Renderosity. The closest I can find are:
https://www.daz3d.com/a-sym-sporty-lingerie-for-genesis-8-females
https://www.daz3d.com/x-fashion-mandala-swimsuit-for-genesis-8-females
And neither matches the exact style you showed.
Yep Jonny, I did see those as well. I actually found a few crop tops on sharecg that are close, but of course will need some editing. I really wish I could use some of the MMD clothes in DS that were actually made for the motion I am converting. I can't seem to find a tutorial anywhere about converting MMD clothes which uses triangular faces at low res into DS subD. Thanks for your input.
have you even tried to get it to work in DS? the low poly isn't a problem, you can subd it in DS. Most modeling apps let you convert from tris to quads, but I have used tris in DS and they worked before.I used ultimate unwrap 3d and it converts both ways and they have a free trial.
I've used tri's before as well. Replied in PM with that PMD to OBJ exporter.
I noticed there are one shoulder dresses at some shops, and if you are good with making a transparency map, maybe it can be a top!
Something like this?
It is just the obj file.
Whewww!!! That is perfect felis. Its fine because some how I need to figure out how to do my own texture with a cheerleader type theme. I have no idea how to do my own texture but its about time I learn. Anyone have an idea about how to go about it with just the OBJ file? Thanks again felis!
I think there are some default shaders with Daz Studio.
And if not there are many in the shop, or you can start by creating your own. But it is easier starting with a shader and tweak it from there.
Forgot to mention: importing in DS should be at scale 10000%
I think the shader I used for this was from this set:
https://www.daz3d.com/shiny-fabric-iray-shaders
Edit: I updated the obj-file above, because I realised I had made some changes after I had UV unwrapped it, so th UV was a little messy.
I was "shopping" at rendo and found this: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/v4rq2-outfit-for-v4a4/111826
Needs some work, eg. an opacity map, but it's free: https://www.most-digital-creations.com/g8f_swimsuit_5.php
