Morph Transfer Question

Firstly, let me say I have absolutely no experience with morphs, other than downloading and applying them. My question is: Is there a way to transfer morphs between characters? The morph in question is a Bajoran nose ridge for V4 that I'd like to use it on G8. Any help appreciated.

    maybe, maybe not.

    "favorite" the morph you want to transfer

    Go to edit > figure >transfer utility

    Select the V4 character as your source, and the G8 character as your target

    Click the "show options" box if it's not already expanded

    Uncheck all boxes except "morph targets"

    Click once on the words "morph target" to bring up the extended options menu on the right.

    on the "from source" dropdown select favorites and sub-components, then uncheck the two boxes beneath the dropdown

    You might also want to uncheck "fit to source figure" and "Parent to souce figure" since that will fit your G8 to V4 as if it were a piece of clothing...then you'll have to unfit it.

    Then click accept.

    If the morph is compatable, it will transfer, it not then it won't.  Sometimes I'll get the sub-components showing up, but not the primary morph.  Not a big deal since you can do the same thing, you just need to control more mophs to do it.
