Natural-looking Nail Shader

Perhaps a dumb question, but does anyone know of a better "natural" nail shader for guys? Or even girls without polish?

DAZ and Iray shaders are typically pretty great, but the natural nail shaders just look totally weird to me. I think because they don't have any translucency or imperfections.

    I've found it requires it to be driven by maps. 

    These are my nails from Foster

     

    And the ones I have for Orion can be seen here

     

    You'd need your own maps to redistribute, but you can certainly use the settings from them. It's just the iray base shader.

    Not to derail the thread, but I wonder how I missed your Foster character. He looks amazing and very flexible which improves his value tremendously. Have wishlisted him now for a future purchase when I have the budget. Frankly even a full price of $19, he seems like a bargain for all you've provided!

    So, Orion and Jae have female counterparts... will Foster always be a bachelor?

    His counterpart is actually Lily. I'd intended to release them together, but I got distracted with his beard and ended up making Beard Boss, so I needed to get something in the store so I released her before he and the beard were done :D
