Assigning scripts to the menu bar possible?

So I have a couple of items from PAs that come with utilities that allow me to assign them either to the Scripts menu, like the G3>G8 pose converters from Zev0 or the Pose Mixer from V3Digitimes.

Is there a way to assign other scripts?  For example I use the Look At Me scripts and  some others all the time, and would like for them to be just a couple of clicks away and not have to go into my libraries for them.  Ideally, I'd like to assign other library entries to my menu bar, like my Shader Presets folder, but I'm primarily interested in scripts.

    Right click on the script thumbnail in the Content Library and selecte Create Custom Action. That will put a link to that content item into your Scripts menu.
