Platnum Club Problem

I'm a member of the Platnum Club, my account is showing my membership as valid through 2/2020, but I'm not showing PC prices, and I don't have access to the PC forum.  I signed out and signed back in, didn't help.  Anybody else having issues before I fire off a ticket?

    I can confirm that I am not having problems, if it helps to know that it's not a general problem where no-one's PC membership is working.

    Edit.. no you're right, just file a ticket and CS can look into it.

    Thanks, I'll do that.  I just wanted to make sure it wasn't widespread first so I wouldn't add to a deluge of tickets.

    Platnum Club not working slows the buy impulse down a bit ;)  I'm working with customer service, we're all in head scratching mode at the moment.
