Ticket response time

Whats with the long delay to get a reply from tech support? I have sent a ticket 2 days ago and i have yet to get a response.
Is everyone from tech support gone on vacation or what?

Tickets of any type have been taking longer than usual, judging by my recent experience and the number of "my ticket is taking forever" posts I've seen the last few weeks. Prevailing theory is they might have a bunch from the 4.11 release.
Advice from those posts: Did you get the automatic email when you submitted? If not, you need to resubmit, because the ticket didn't actually get in the system. If you got the auto-email, you can go to the Help page, & ask what's going on.
No I didnt get an automatic email at all, I will re-submit.

I have gotten pretty quick actual responses to my tickets lately. Most have been resolved within a day some a month (tech issue) so overall I happy. I did have one from March that did NOT get resloved until 4.11 General came out which resolved that issue.
