Contacting an artist

How does one resolve a purchase that has an issue? Contact the artist? Daz? It's relatively minor, I purchased some poses and some of them are duplicates of another pose instead of the pose it is supposed to be.

    For a product issue, even minor, contact DAZ support. They can contact the vendor if needed to fix the issue. Even if the vendor sees the thread in the forum, they would need to submit a fix to DAZ anyway, so no reason not to keep them in the loop. Go to the "Help" link in the menu to try to the support form.

    Click on  Contact Us which is at the bottom of every page on the site  and file a help ticket.     Please note before starting to fill in the ticket  check at top right of the ticket page and make sure you are signed in.              by clicking on "sign in"
