Hair not included in content libraries and how to identify it

Hi all

When I buy content, hair is not included . Sometimes they show you where to find t if you like it (just like any other atrezzo ...)But sometimes they don't say anything.

In my case I just bought a few characters, the man is Trajan, and finally the customer wants this hair:

but now all I have is a bold vampire (sob) I look for all hair cathalog but nothing...anyone knows how to get this hair?

In another example...I have a woman (Seraya) with a beautiful silk dress.

But now the customer likes the woman in the blue dress I just bought. But I can not identify the woman ( even tried to contant the artist)

It would be nice if DAZ or the artists revealed all the atrezzo included in their cathalogs...at the meantime...can anyone help me with this? Thanks alot. Deadline 3 days ahead.
