Upgraded to 4.11, the genesisi3 and victoria7 appear square,WHY?

The squares usually indicate geometry (or data files I think?) is missing. Did you uninstall and reinstall any content or move the content folders when you did the upgrade? Did you just install the upgrade or did you uninstall anything first? I am thinking something is not mapped correctly, but I don't use smart content so not sure what the content panel should look like, if there are any warnings or anything.
I've seen that before with a product from another site that had a bad install and the geometry ended up in the wrong folder.
