rendering low light help

Is there a wat to improve the photo quality when doing a low light render with Iray? Want to reduce the graininess in the photo. It is not there when I have more light.

    You only have 2 real options, increase the light and then change the tone settings or reduce the light in post or let the render run for a long time.
