What's the hair on the blonde FWSA Livia HD for Victoria 7?

Been looking for quite a while for the blonde hair in the final picture here: https://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-livia-hd-for-victoria-7

I thought it was "Tempest" but seem to have been quite wrong. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

    Ha!

    A rule-of-thumb might (almost) be looking at anything but the generation the character is from; makes sense imo though, showing what can be done is always worthwhile.
