DAZ PostgreeSQL connection

I'm Running Daz Studio 4.11 Pro on 2012 MacPro High Sierra. I was connected to my router with a cable. However, few days ago the cable got damaged and I had to switch to WiFi.
That's when I started getting the Postgree SQL error.
This is not the first time I have this error, but last time I ended up doing a complete fresh OS install. I am not willing to do this again but I don't know why DAZ does that. And it's only DAZ, all other programs don't have an issue at all conneting to internet ( I have Adobe CC and I can connect there just fine).
Please advise me of any possible cause or ways to fix it.
Here are few things I've checked so far:
There is no firewall turned on and DAz has all the network permssions.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the SQL in Install Manager and then restart computer.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately this did not worked for me. I tried this the last time I had this issue and did not work either.
