I am amazed by this render, so I am trying to find all the stuff required to make her. Which model is it? what hair, hat used?

freckless and facial hair were used that much I know. Model it says Teen Josie 8 but it doesnt really look like her. 

Amazing render, big props to the creator!

    If I remember correctly, Soto created the strands of "hair/fuzz" on the cap, so that is not a product you will find an exact match for.
