FOUL! FREE-STARCH "I Am Ironman" freebie not working

Hello All,

I don't know if anyone has tried to get on the I Am Ironman flash freebie for Ironman's products.  But the coupon code FREE-STARCH isn't working.  I tried a couple different items (individually in my shopping cart) and I tried two different computers.  So the problem is with the website.   

I know when there is a problem that a help ticket supposed to be put in for that, however, by the time that ticket goes through, the flash sale will be long over.  Naturally I wanted to get in on this and just feel that I deserve a raincheck on the item I wanted.

Does anyone know what to do in a situation like this?  Should I put a ticket in anyway, or am I waisting my time?  Should I contact a Daz Manager or Supervisor?

Another thing...the Flash Sale for V4 and M4 says "Genesis 4".   There's no such animal.  It makes me wonder who's behind the 8 ball tonight running the flash sales.

Any advice would be appreciated.
