Actually broke down and bought this one after skipping four of the last five. The selection of free DO items was not ideal for me (would have liked the base characters of the bundles I didn't get), but I found some reasonable choices. And like some others, I'd have prefered a contemporary outfit in the bundle. But it's almost like we're seeing a new sales strategy here, with 100% themed bundles. I can't imagine that's the best route to take, since it will turn off the generalists or the people who will buy the bundle because it would cost almost as much to get the character and one outfit as the bundle itself. But, that's why I work a manual labor job: business isn't my thing.

Elios: God of Humidity
Straight out of the box: no changes, no HD, nothing. Skin is pretty shiny, so I'd probably turn that down if I use the base skin in the future. Works as a kind of sweat sheen, though.
Personally I prefer if bundles have themes and are consistent with them. I like the two scifi outfits that come with Elios and his short hair, not keen on the two fantasy outfits, if this bundle had been just greek gods/fantasy it would have been a hard pass for me, so I guess Daz knows made a good call on this one.
Feels like there's a lot of negativity in this thread, so here's a picture of Elios out of the box being cute.

In the Poseidon suit he reminds me of Kurt Russell in Guardians of the Galaxy 2.
Zeno's actor file and main slider are just weird
If you use the Actor to put Zeno in scene, then use either REM setting, nothing happens. It doesn't remove his body shape. In fact, if you move the Zeno sliders back to zero and then use the REM sliders, they actually call his body shape, which should definitely not be happening. On top of that, as far as I can tell from looking at the Currently Used sliders when clicking on the shape presets that call his shape, there's no difference between Body 1 and Body 1 ALT. Something that's supposed to be happening doesn't happen. (ALT has about half as much of Zeno's and Elios8's body shape as Body 1 alone, it seems.)
If you put a base G8M into the scene, all of the presets work the way they should. It looks like there's something wrong with his Actor file itself, but it's a really wonky thing to track down.
If you slide his CTRL slider all the way up to call his shape, the presets don't do anything again. So something is wrong with both his Actor file and his CTRL slider. (The problem with the Actor file probably comes because it uses the CTRL slider.)
The CTRL slider doesn't add any height -- somehow, it adds bulk, of all things, but it doesn't call any of the Head and Body morphs -- so not using it isn't a hardship, but that's some really oddball behavior.
I did a manual reinstall to make sure that nothing was missing and this weirdness was what it was, and apparently it is.
Thanks for the heads up. Such goofs appear to be regular occurrences nowadays. It may be that the steep discounts are partially subsidized by customer beta-testing in lieu of salaried QC personnel.

Well here's my go at Elios out of the box in Vladimir's Aqua man outfit. My use of ruined museum did not go as well as I had hoped.
And one more of Zeno just because. I don't really like bulky men, but he's been fun to render and I think I will use him a lot more than I do Vladimir. Will maybe play with mixing them next.

Giving Ercole a try. Also tried out a few things with dForce that didn't go so well. Fortunately, the Greek God Outfit for G3M works pretty well on its own.

I'm seriously p******. No Victoria-00 coupon for me. But a 70$ instead of 40$ banner to get 30% discounted DAZ originals which often had been Plat Club freebies before. Thanks, just cancelled my Elios 8 cart. If DAZ thinks to cut back on extras (no more bundles in the products to pick from, 4 instead of 3 add-ons to even qualify for further discounts and so on) I think I'll cut back on purchases altogether for a while.
Elios The Handsome
Elios 8 looks great. Unfortunately he's presented as a fantasy/warrior character. I don't want fantasy and warriors. And I don't want to hunt around just to find stuff to go with him in "the real world."
He's Genesis 8 male, (almost) any content for Genesis 8 Male will work with him.
Does anyone besides me think that the three-quarter smiling promo images make him look kind of like a younger Mickey Rourke, or a middle-aged Mickey Rourke who hadn't completely ruined his looks?

This one was a no brainer for me... this was a G8 wish character for me..more heros....He is awesome right up my ally...very game of thrones.. lord of the rings.ish..and. I have always been into the Greek God thing and Aquaman for that matter
I wonder if it's because of today's "55% or more off nearly everything" sale - perhaps they were afraid we'd get too much value from the free $40 (or $70 if you had the banner) offer?

I feel your pain. I missed all the good sales lately waiting for checks to come in. I was really looking foward to picking him up
today and bonus that DO are on sale too, only to find out that they took his sale down early. Very Frustrating.
I think so. I was all set to get him and more, but the way this played out, just makes me want to save my money or spend it elsewhere.
I'm not sure if you are serious or mostly joking, but why would they deliberately fail to get the best return on the money they paid for the models? I think it more likely that with the new version of DS and the dForce hair so on there would simply have been too many sales going on at once. We don't know how many sales on these bundles happen in the second week.
