    No Vicky coupon for me. Again. Even though I have Victoria bases 2-5 and 8, plus the V6 & 7 pro bundles.

    I mostly make small purchases, seldom buy G8 content, never buy pro bundles*, and haven't been able to use some of the recent banners. So maybe it's one or more of the above.

    *unless it's an older bundle that's a better deal than the base

    **delayed too long, site issues, unclear terms, didn't care for offer

    Are you converting your GC's to store credit right away?  I don't convert mine.  Just use the GC code each time on the main buy page.  So am not technically using Store Credit.  In my case bought stuff with older GC and bought a new GC each week.  I got the better discount. Maybe that helps?

    I convert it immediately, yes. Gift Cards expire (although they now have a 5-year expiration date, or something similar, not the 1-year that used to be the case) and I wouldn't want to lose them. Store credits don't expire. They might have this side-effect of being excluded from these sales? I hope it's just a glitch--I haven't heard back from Daz yet. The real issue is that it's a downward spiral. If I had the discount, I would be spending more. Since I'm not spending as much, I won't be getting the next coupon (if there is one), and thus I won't be spending as much. I know there were quite a few items from my wishlist on sale last week, I would have bought those if I had the extra 10 or 20% discount. Since I didn't, I left them for another sale, thus last week I didn't spend as much as I could have, ...

    I seriously doubt that Daz will do anything about it though because making this right would be a nightmare at this point. :(

    I'm not saying I'll be spending my money elsewhere, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth.

    I feel such a whiner, now. :D Ah well, I always knew I was narcissistic. :D

    Don't count DAZ out just yet. You haven't heard back from customer service and I'd bet that if you didn't get the bonus because of an uninttended error in determinig eligibility that they would do something for you. Customer Service has always been really good about things like that.

    I'm still hopeful (which is why I wrote to them in the first place). I wrote the line you highlighted because I honestly have no idea what they could do. I have no idea what items were in which sale, and what I would have needed to buy to get them at a better discount two weeks ago, or even just a week ago. So somehow getting the same deal that people got over the last two weeks would really be a nightmare to pull off--as far as I can tell. We'll see after the holidays.

    It's interesting, I haven't spent much the last month, but I bought Elios (just the base) and a few add-ons for around $35 and now all of a sudden I have a Victoria B-day coupon. Maybe they're rolling the coupons out in stages? To minimize any possible issues people may have trying to use it. Instead of everyone at once, it's staggered in groups? IDK. I don't even know if I'll use the coupon, but I have a week to decide.

    I'm with you, @Ati. I spent store credit in the last week of May and have had no deals, besides an Elios banner. I'm now reluctant to buy *anything*, without knowing if I will get a discount banner at some point. And as you say, the bad taste of missing out so far in a probable store credit use error. So I'm saving a tonne of money. Yay?

    I am glad we can use the bonus coupon for fast grab and Pc+ items. It's a good discount on already low priced items (much better at 20% off, of course).

    Had I known this, I wouldn't have bought those HM outfits off my wishlist and looked through the fast grab instead. Oh well, I'm happy with my coupon discount. :)

    The coupon is multiuse so you can still do that.
