  Yes the is a genx for this, but only to move the morphs, not the UVs, you will need:

  https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-generation-x2 and

  https://www.daz3d.com/genx2-addon-for-genesis-3

  For the UVs you will need to use map transfer to convert Gianni 6 skin to use G2M base uvs, and then use this:

  I have the Gianni 6 for Genesis 3. It doesn't come with his skin, but I used Ragnar's skin on him and it looks pretty good.

  There's also this, which gets you around needing to transfer the shape: https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-2-legacies-for-genesis-3-male-heroes

  You'll still need to handle the textures via map transfer, though.
