Walk Designer for M4 download missing?

Hi when I go to my Product Library I can find my purchase 'Walk Designer for M4" listed but the download link is missing.

I tried the order number which did have a download button on the order page but this just goes back to the Product library where there is no download burron.

Is the product Library busted or what?
