Is there a Maqqie Q-like character?

    If so, she could be a good 'inspired-by' character. My next question would be how to render using 3DL and still look decent. (Iray MATs)

    Yes, there is one for V4, Willowraven. Or rather, there was. Please stand by whilst I check for you.

    Okay, I checked my files and found it. It was a morph called Asian Agent by user CSI: Celebrity Standin on ShareCG. Unfortunately, although their account is still active, they have apparently removed all the content that they previously had there. Sorry. Here's a quick render of what it looked like:

    I would agree; Mei Lin 8 with some tweaks would be a good way to go.

    Yeah Mei is pretty easy to morph into her. Just elongate the face a bit, make the top of the nose smaller, push down on bottom nose a bit, add nasolabial folds, use subtle make up (black eyeliner, some dark red gloss), darken eyebrows, make faceshape a lot less heartshape and you've got a nice impression.

    Or use facegen since there are a ton of good reference images on the web.

    Like any plugin there are some issues, but I find them small and it works great with good reference material. Did this awhile back https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/3693906/#Comment_3693906
