    You will need to convert the mats to Iray but it's pretty straight forward.

    Yes, with a little work. The materials are 3DL, of course, so you would want to change to Iray, and of the Emissive variety to get that glow (with the usual "CTRL-click -> Ignore" manoeuvre), since the 3DL Ambient channel is useless in Iray. Just copy the Base Color map to the Emission Color and adjust the intensity and you're good to go. The only other bitmap is the transparency map, and it gets inserted into Cutout Opacity automatically. Of course, you have to do that every time you change transparency or color... (edit: SInce all the bitmaps are in the same folder, you can just use the browse option to change one or the other without having to change shaders all the time.)
