Need help with missing icons

I am missing icon for quick zoom when I select for example head or other part of body and one that I used to move horizontaly or veryicaly screen. I don't know how they are gone but I don't know how to return them. Please help! Here is picture they should be in the right uper corner below that box for moving screen around.
