Is it Osuine? The eyebrows in the Kyliebob hair model looks a bit different :O
She comes with both painted-on and fiber eyebrows, and you can use your own fiber brows as well (browless texture included).
Honestly, I've been trying to figure out the character cause of who she looks like. I think it might be this one
