Kim's hands go all wonky when posed

I purchased the Kim for Genesis 8 Female ( https://www.daz3d.com/kim-for-genesis-8-female_Elianeck ) character and when you pose her hands the get all flat and weird. Not sure what the deal is, maybe needs to be brought up to customer support?

I did try other characters and this problem is not there with them.

    That usually means that the rigging was not adjusted to the character shape and ERC freeze was not done. You should submit a help request and ask Daz to fix the product. It is possible to do those steps yourself, but Daz should fix the product.

    Remember that you have 30 days to return the product, if you are not satisfied with it. If you report it right away, it will probably be fixed within that time.
