Just tried to use the FREE-DAZ-MAY code and instead of the item being free, it only takes half the price off.
It states this..
Pick any one of the "Featured Items" below FREE*
when you use coupon code: FREE-DAZ-MAY
( Usable once per customer )
But it's not working. This is the page

What do you have in your cart?
It worked for me earlier, and also allowed the EVEN-MORE-FREE (3 free items with purchase) coupon code to work afterwards.
It would probably help the staff to know which items you've tried. (Often stacking or changing discounts can cause this kind of problem).

Make sure to grab the Daz3D Freebies first, some of those are also in the free-item-coupon list, and it would be a waste to spend a coupon on them when you could grab them for free anyway.
The EVEN-MORE-FREE isn't working for me. I've attached a pic of my cart. What am I doing wrong?
Seems that first list of items which are new are not included, a link I followed from the freebie alert list posted today showed everything you can get free and it's mostly textures, though does have some models, like a G2F summer outfit. Right now I have to figure out why I am having trouble loading pages. Son's new computer is only days old and might be causing a glitch, think a reboot is in order.
Oh and Richard the item I tried to get was this

I couldn't get either item. The message was not clear enough that the first set of items listed are not included in that offer, it simply said below and those new releases are below the message, hence my confusion.
Those all seem to be new items, not items from the Featured category (which are mostly older items up to Genesis 2, but still potentially useful).
It did not work for me, either.
Blank Boi was the product.
The FREE-DAZ-MAY is not working for me either. I have nothing else in the cart and I chose one of the items on the page that showed which items I could chose from.

Both coupons are working fine for me. If there was a problem they seem to have fixed it.
Did you expect the coupon to make it free? Because that’s one of today’s new items, not something from the “possible free items” selection.
It's not the new items that are free, but the "Featured Free Option Items" below.
I bought 3 items in the sale and used the coupon to get 3 other freebies. Worked fine for me.
Coupon for the single free item worked for me. I made sure not to have anything else in the cart when I got it, though.
EVEN-MORE-FREE works for me with clothing converter as new item, three older items from the pile, and three freebies (none of them clothing textures) from the bimonthly freebie selection.
It's got issues.
One item (Genesis 2 clothing converter) in the cart, check out with coupon, and get "Coupon code "FREE-DAZ-MAY" is not valid."

Clarity of advertising is a bonus. I understood the advert in the same way as a number of others above. If you see wording that says 'Pick any one of the "Featured Items" below FREE', then you look down the page and see a list of items featured immediately below the text, it is not un-natural to assume the word 'below' applies to those very items that are below the text. I do feel that a less ambiguous version of the wording could have prevented everyone's misinterpretation. My suggestion would be along the lines of:
I think fewer users would mis-interpret that.

The coupon does not work on today's new items. It works on the "Featured Free Option Items" listed on the sale page.
The first set of items on the sales page are new releases - they're not part of the freebie category. These are the freebie category items and the only items that work with the coupon codes: https://www.daz3d.com/pick-an-item-for-free
The "FREE-DAZ-MAY" code worked fine for me- I had nothing else in the cart so try that if you have any issues.
The "EVEN-MORE-FREE" code works if you add one new release from today's sale in the cart along with three items from that freebies category.

That is a very misleading promotion flyer!
The verbiage in a lot of DAZ's ads has been really poor and clumsily written as of late.
By the way, both coupons worked for me without an issue.
So if I understand this correctly, it's an either/or sale? if you pick 1 or more new featured releases ( have 4 in my cart), you use the EVEN-MORE-FREE coupon to get 3 items from that 'Featured Items Free' category and 60% off Featured Artists. OR you can use the FREE-DAZ-MAY coupon to pick 1 free featured item and that's all you get.
With the first one even-more-free, are you required to get something from the 60% featured artists category for the even-more-free coupon to work? I don't want to buy anything except my 4 new releases. I don't even want the 3 free featured items cuz they're old, most textures for stuff I don't own, and I really don't like most of them. I'd have to pick an outfit and texture plus some other random thing. Ugh.
Anyway, is this how it works? I have my 4 new released in my cart, but not sure if I add the 3 free items to that, and if I have to buy something from a featured artist. Just to convoluted.

Yes, you can use only one coupon on a given order.
No, it's simply an additional benefit you can use if you want. Just put the 3 featured items in your cart with a new item from today, and use the coupon to make the featured items free.
As noted above, I used both and both worked.

I did it correctly, and now that I did, it wasn't hard at all. Course maybe something that wasn't working had been fixed. Happy with what I finally chose for the 3 free ones and then the 1 free one after that.
