Smart Content Favorites?

I should probably know how to do this by now, but I find myself repeating the same tasks over and over again within the Smart Content pane.
For example, I use the Smart Content > IDG Easy Iray Studio > Light Sets > Spotlights for many of my scenes. Each time I have to repeat the same effort of going through the Smart Content tab to navigate to these Spotlights.
Is there a way to favorite your most used Smart Content items? Can I categorize the Spotlights as a "Favorite" so that it appears right in a Smart Content folder called Favorites?
I looked at the Smart Content pane but I don't see a way to add a content category. Sure would save me a lot of time.

Right-click>Create Custom Action - in the Public Beta that gives you options of where to place the new action, in 4.10.0.123 it goes to the Scripts menu (but can be moved)
As Richard has teached me some time ago, I've created a search filter called "Light", and that helps me finding my lighting products very fastly! :D

I tried to right click > Create Custom Action but that is not a choice in the Smart Content products.
I did, however, create a new category called "Favorites" from the Content Library.
It then appeared in the Smart Content pane, and I was able to add Smart Content items to Favorites (right click > categorize) and it put them there, however the Favorites category is way at the end of the list so I was wondering if there is any way to get it to appear higher (alphabetically) in the Smart Content pane?
