Still can't get the reduction. The coupon DOESN'T work. I'm not a member (I've been few years ago). I wanted to get back now. Unfortunately, this isn't possible.

Customer service has always been really helpful in the past when things like this happen (at least in my experience).

I am not affiliated with Daz but I am an expert in support tickets and I can assure you DAZ Sales Support Team are the best I have encountered. Better than Adobe, Norton etc. Put the membership in the cart. Add the items you want and they will discount an extra 30 % but the card may not and give an invalid error dispite discounting other products because the database recognizes that your ANNUAL PC+ is in the cart. Take screenshots like I did in the above post . Click help. Sent the complaint and screenshots to customer service and they will discount the items that failed to discount on check out. Be aware you must check out with the annual membership to get the discounted prices, but if you don't trust the system, support will help you buy the discounted products and guide you through the process, providing YOU HAVE SCREENSHOTS that support your issue (like mine). If I wanted 15 products and sent them the above screenshots I would not get the 15 items because I did not cart 15 items and cannot provide proof of what those items were and proof I carted them. If your budget is tight. Throw what you want in the cart (eg new releases, gift card whatever) so the discounted items can be screen shot. Remove the discounted items, but buy the membership. On Monday the sales support team will credit you the 30% on the PC+ and help you buy what you wanted at dsicounted prices, PROVIDING YOU BUY THE PC+ Membership, which activates the extra 30% off new releases etc. You cannot save screenshots and submit it a week later saying I wanted this. Buyers remorse does not work. You have to submit thecurrent issue immediately, the day the problem occured, and be willing to same day or next day buy what you submitted.
Edit: Also beware that DAZ is in UTAH and today's deadline. at midnight may not be midnight today in your timezone. For me, in California, I have to cart and screen shot before 11 pm to meet Utah's midnight deadline. You must cart and screenshot items before tonight, Utah, USA timezone of 11.59 PM.
It is really hard and painful when there is no CS on a weekend, where some customers have issues about discounts and such..Weekend is also a good time when people are not preoccupied with work and have more time to shop online.
Did the Floating Island discount offer (purple banner for previous owners of the PA's products) just expire for some people today also? Sad that that happened. Gonna have to wait for it to go on sale later then.

I just got this banner advertisment and wanted to test it out, but on my Cart the Olympia 8 Pro Bundle appears to be 70.48$ instead the advertised 30$; am I missunderstanding something or is this something others also encountert?

I think I'm suffering from Daz Math (tm). Out of consumerist curiosity, I put a couple of Extra Boost Artist Items in my cart. It says they are 40% off, and that PC+ members get an extra 30% (which I am). In my cart, they show as 50%. Shouldn't they be 55%, the way Daz Math (tm) usually works?
Goddamn DAZ is good making me spend money. I was just thinking about how I'd like to play around with Aiko 8... and BAM, there she is, discounted to 10$.
Cleared my cart, and now it's working... weird, though, I can't find the items on the list I originally put in there! SMH...
I thought I might wake up this morning and see a new character but I was wrong.
On the other hand I notice that today's 'Best Five' sale is only for 48 hours; so maybe DAZ wants to "clear the decks" on Thursday for a new major character release.
Tika was released on Thursday, every 2 weeks we got new G8 figure/bundle so probably tomorrow will be the last day for Tika and these sales.
I remember those days when you get 2 to 3 free pro bundles when you buy 1 pro bundle (along with 2 or more of their add ons). So much savings back then!
I also remember people complaining that they already had the bundles and the alternative offers weren't good enough, so *shrug*
I have all of the pro bundles I actually want from v4 all the way up through g8 though. So the newer style of sale is better for me (although the selection needs to be bigger, I'm about out of DazOriginals I'm interested in getting but don't have yet as well)
It gave me a chance to get Olympia 8 only for a good price, so I'm glad I waited for a sale.
On an aside, I really hope someday Daz figures out how to make the back-end recognize that if I have purchased all of the pieces of a Pro bundle separately, I essentially have the Pro bundle.
Anyone on the fence about getting Tika Pro... It combines with the Top 5 sale to heavily leverage the select DOs in the $20 off category. I think after all the combined discounts, I was getting at least 4 items per category by carefully select the 58% off items. My cart ended up showing over 80% off.
I got a nice pretty banner, but it's either not working, or misleading. It says I get $40 worth of free DO's from the Sanjay list. So I put one in - not free. I suspect that even though it says 'free' its 'free with purchace of Sanjay Pro'
I have the banner too, and mine says "This offer replaces the current offer of $30 free items found on the Sanjay 8 Promotional Page" - with a link to the promotional page. Does your banner not have that on there?

The rules still apply, but you're getting the amount stipulated in your insite coupon rather than the $30.
And the misleading "Having more than $30 will make them not qualify as free" is there again on the sale page.
The funny thing is that it's actually explained properly in the purple banner ad for once. Which means they should be able to do it on sale pages too....
But then people would be able to understand what it means... which would work against DAZ's politics of putting up deals with nearly impossible to understand schemes for price reductions. As we all know, most of the fun comes from trying to find out how to make those deals work, right?
Right, it replaces the "Buy stuff to get $30 off" with "Have $40 off from the list on this page" - doesn't say anything about still needing to buy Sanjay. But, I'm not expecting DAZ to go with that.

There was indeed something else that was announced a little prematurely. Any threads related to that product have been expunged, so we'll just wait a couple of weeks to see her again.
