  Paramedics wear clothes similar to a police uniform (slacks, button down shirt, belt and boots) I've taken a pair of gloves and applied a latex iray material to them to simulate the gloves they wear when treating a patient. The only thing that is missing, in my opinion is the patches that say "paramedic". There's a free ambulance available out there ... try ShareCG. Hopefully this helps. :)
