NOW-IM-PC Coupon Code Not Applying

Coupon code "NOW-IM-PC" applies discount when not logged in to account; once logged in, however, coupon code "NOW-IM-PC" does not apply the 30% off to annual membership.

Daz Big Cats 2 and Daz Dragon 3 is on sale now and I want to purchase them with the sale and the extra 30% off from the PC+ discount.

What gives?

No, I am NOT a PC/PC+ member or Published Artist.

Also, I know to purchase the PC+ membership before receiving the extra discounts on the Lion and Dragonwink

    Several people have reported this, and we confirmed on a dummy account, but Daz couldn't reproduce the error at their end  -their test account worked. All we can suggest is opening a Sales Support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

    I've gone ahead and started a support ticket. I just hope the sales team can assist those of us missing out. Sure they will!

    ..21:33 here on the West coast and still not working here.  Less than 90 min to go.  This and the accompanying sale need to be extended into Monday.

    • I am NOT a Platinum Club member. for over a decade.
    • I've tried four devices, eight browsers, and clean-browser installs with no add-ons - no cookies or cache.
    • My support ticket got resolved as "Solved" though nothing was done.
    • The issue remains regardless. I still can not use this code.
      I cant use the code, I can't get the membership or its benefits. No purchases...so, I'm not buying anything until this is resolved

    Using the coupon code...

    • Chrome - failed
    • Firefox - failed
    • Internet Exlorer - failed
    • Android default browser - failed
    • Samsung browser - failed
    • more browsers on different devices
    • HP laptop, five browsers - all failed
    • Dell laptop, five browsers with fresh, no add-ons or cookies or cache - all failed
    • ...multiple desktops and they all failed regardless of browers configuration

      Daz, since submitting a ticket gets me nowhere, what am I supposed to do?
