PC+ discount coupon code not working

...put the annual PC+ membership in the cart, used the NOW-IM-PC coupon code and got this message instead.

  • Coupon code "NOW-IM-PC" is not valid.

    ...kind of discouraging as the sale will be over tonight. may have to just go for another 3 month extension. as I cannot afford 70$ (even 49$ is a bit of a stretch).

    Daz has had a look at this and it seems to be set correctly, and worked on test accounts, so all we can suggest is opening a Sales Support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us . Sorry not to be able to offer more help.

  • Yeah, Ive been trying to get this coupon to apply for since it was released, until now, and I still can't get it to work. I did set a support ticket though...

    We know that, its suppose to give 30% off for those of us that want to become a PC+ Member but the code doesn't work. I've put a suppost ticket in & just waiting to here back

    If previous members (even those like myself who's membership has lapsed) are not eligible for the discount, it should be stated as so and it is not.

    Exactly. I was wondering if my membership from over a decade ago might be interfering with this coupon.

    • I am NOT a Platinum Club member. for over a decade.
    • I've tried four devices, eight browsers, and clean-browser installs with no add-ons - no cookies or cache.
    • My support ticket got resolved as "Solved" though nothing was done.
    • The issue remains regardless. I still can not use this code.

    • Chrome - failed
    • Firefox - failed
    • Internet Exlorer - failed
    • Android default browser - failed
    • Samsung browser - failed
    • more browsers on different devices
    • HP laptop, five browsers - all failed
    • Dell laptop, five browsers with fresh, no add-ons or cookies or cache - all failed
    • ...multiple desktops and they all failed regardless of browers configuration

      Daz, since submitting a ticket gets me nowhere, what am I supposed to do?

    Confirming that this code does apply the discount the to the PC+ membership.
