First up, a disclaimer - I don't have much experience of MMD, other than from occasionally converting models from MMD to Source Filmmaker.
MMD has its own model format(s), .PMX and .PMD. As far as I know, you'll need to use an external application like Blender to do the necessary conversion work, as well as potentially adapt texture and material formats. I strongly doubt that you can import Daz or Poser figures even semi-directly, as there are some fairly specific requirements for the models.
