[Grab Bag Build Your Own] is only working for me with one of today's new releases in the basket. Is that right?

Did you use the code? Should be any new.
From the wording, any new release (release of the past two months which has a green "New" tag in the top right corner of the product image) should work, in combination with upto 3 items from the grab-bag category page.
Just to be specific, these grab bag items and don't forget to use the discount; can only be used once.

Doesn't work for me - I get "Coupon code "xy" is not valid.", for both codes.
Do you have a maximum of three grab bag items, plus one new product? The code will not work if you have more than three from these https://www.daz3d.com/grab-bag-items
I got that when I had more than 3 items in my cart - wehn I reduced it to 3 items it worked OK.
It would be very stupid to stare at it in confusion for 10 minutes and wonder why it's not working and argh these confusing stupid sales and then realize you kept putting the code into Gift Card Code which is, of course, not where the code goes.
I mean, or so I imagine.

Complaint: It's taking all day to go through so many pages of stuff.
Suggestion: You could use the DAZ-Deals browser plugin to just show items that are already on your wishlist.
But there are tons of things I need or want that have escaped said wishlist.
Or just buy more stuff so the list was shorter.
More seriously, you can use the filters to limit the list by artist or genre etc.
It takes a while to go through the entire store, and wishlist the items you want, but it will save you a lot of time when those items are on sale. And time is everything during flash sales or blink sales.
You know, I was actually starting to get the impression that I had most of my "most wanted" items by now, but the sheer amount of yellow hearts that popped up on page after page made me realise that's not the case.
Anyway, I got three really super-desired items/sets, and I'm happy now.

It's not working for me with 3 grab bags and one new items, and other things in my cart. Do I have to take out everything else? That would be a lot of work so thought I'd ask if anyone else had already experienced that.

I'm double checking to see if any of the other items in the cart are also in the grab bag. That's probably the problem. I'll check. :)
Were any of the other things included in the Grab bag pages? I had no issues with a new item, a single item from a PA (that wasn't amongst the grab bag products) and 3 grab bag products in my cart. When I had 4 grab bag items in the cart, the coupon code would not work. Hope that helps.
There is alot and I wish that I could have used the coupon a couple of times (even having to buy a "New" for each time. I chose to sort by highest price and compare with the product's history - then chose 3 products that I would most likely never purchase at a lesson discount.
It works for me with a couple of other items in the cart. Is it possible that one (or more) of your "Other items" is also a grab bag item?
@gitika1 LOL we posted at the same time. Yes, I figured out that was the problem. Great minds think alike, eh? (Well, I was a dummy to start with, but I'm choosing to ignore that...)
Be sure you are using thr right code. There is one code for 50% off and a different code foe 70% with a new item.

Clever promotion, going to sit on my cart until the credit card purchase period flips this weekend. Currently the only super expensive grab bag item I have is Anilip 2, but might pick up Faceshop or the Complete Esha Guide to Texturing Clothes as well.
I'd decided I was going to get to the end of the list, even though I had 177 pages to look at. So I set off with my headphones on and Mostly Autumn playing fairly loud. The album finished before I reached the end, and towards the end I was skimming pages fairly quickly looking for antyhing that jumped out and grabbed my attention. I actually chose my three items in the first few pages but I added a few things to my wishlist on the way that I will probably never buy.
I bought Esha's Complete Guide to Texturing Clothes ages ago and can highly recommend it, but it seems it's been updated again for some reason as DIM has got every single part downloading again here under Product Updates. I'm always grateful to see vendors keeping on top of products with updates like this, but this seems to be taking forever tonight.
I've use the biggest grab bag coupon and it worked just fine for me.

It says "Coupon usable once per customer", but does that mean you can use EACH version only once, or only one Grab Bag coupon?
So, could I put up to three GB items in my cart without a NEW item: BIG-GRAB-BAG at 50% off
then make the purchase and come back for up to three more GB items AND a new item and use "WITH new item: BIGGER-BAGS at 70% off"
Yikes... tempted to test it, but if you can't use EACH once, then I will have wasted 20% on the only items I will get. Maaaaannn... Do I take a chance in the name of science?

VERIFIED! I made the "WITH New item" purchase and then loaded three more GB things into my cart for a "without new item" and it worked !!! (Be sure to use the correct Coupon Code for each purchase)
