Install Manager Problem (solved)

Hello!
Out of nowhere this morning, I'm having problems logging into Install Manager. I downloaded stuff last night and I can clear log into the site, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Also, I was just asked to log into DAZ 4.11 Pro Public Build and it said there was a server issue. So not sure if these two are somehow related.
Any ideas?

I have had to re-install the Install Manager 1.2.0.6 now three times due to the update not recognizing my account credentials. Upon this 3rd re-install I can no longer login (at all). My information is still auto-saved correct, but after multiple attempts it still refuses to recognize my account information. I have even attempted to add a new account with my name, instead of the generic "account" name, but still nothing! What's the deal?
I'm having that exact same problem on both my Windows 10 and MacOS Mojave machines. I'm able to login to the web page just fine though.

Same problem here. I am unable to connect using DIM or the DAZ program. It was working without problems until a couple hours ago,
There was a problem with the website earlier this morning. Website is fixed, but the content servier is not.
Likewise having problems; yes I'm using the password I log into the Forums with, whilst I can admit I could have made a mistake with copy and paste onece, even twice. I don't believe ive made 10+
Rollbacks sometimes cause issues with passwords, but I've just updated mine and still no joy.
It looks like this is an issue with the server. Hopefully DAZ will get this ironed out soon.
Connect seems to be working, for content that can be installed that way, or you can manually download the zips from the product Library page and place them in DIM's Downloads folder, then install in Offline mode.
I just now tried logging in through the manager, and it is now working.
Yes, it seems to be resolved.
I can get DIM to work now.
But a purchase done while it wasn't working is not available in DIM.
It lists as purchased in my Product Library and even if I from there try to install via DIM it doesn't show up.
Can there be some delay in showing up?
Same here, new purchases are not showing up in DIM.
I can log in to DIM and my purchase shows in DIM but I get download failed on everything when trying to download.
I'm not seeing the new purchases in DIM either. (I manually downloaded the ones I want to use straight away but I think I'll leave the rest till later)
Usully when I mae a purchase, it's instantly available to install in DIM, Bought 3 items and about 15 mins ago (yeah yeah, I could be more patient...) and not showing up in DIM or when I logon in Studio.
Server issues?
For Daz Connect, if you select the "Update Metadata" option under the "Connect" menu at the top it hints to the server (maximum once per hour IIRC) that it should double-check your products before sending down your list of what you own.
Thanks Rawb but that didn't do anything, also refreshing DIM didn't help. I think it's adifferent problem. I'm in a hurry to finish a project so I'm going to try a manual download and then DIM install.
I'm probably just out of sync somehow. After project is done I'll uninstall and see if it shows up on its own in DIM later.
No problem logging in to dim but todays purchase doesn't show up
My DIM logs in all right, but the two items I purchased this morning aren't showing.
I think I created my own problem. I somehow re-purchased a hair item that I already had. I'll submit a ticket later. Not sure how that would cause the other new hair item to not show up :/
Same here - my latest purchase from 2 days ago is not showing up in DIM.
Yes I'm having that same problem, 2 pm Esatern time.
The last I accessed DIM was just about 2;30 AM. I had made my purchase and told the store to send the files to DIM. It opened DIM, I signed in, and it added the new files to the list. DIM then downloaded and installed them. All fine.
So whatever happened occurred after that time if anyone needs a tentative baseline.
EDIT: I just purchased a couple more items. The process seemed to work fine, but the files never went to DIM. I was able to download them directly from My Purchases or whatever it's called.
I'm had the weirdest issue this morning - it seemed to flag my account as haivng malware (when I logged in using my phone only). Seems to be settled now, but I've never had issues with my phone (Pixel) having malware before.

I was trying to download Daz items and had same issues so I went back to a dec 2018 order and tried to download a small file manually and got no response. Tried serveral browsers, same result. It was like the links were dead. Finally a cloud server message populated despite the fact I could add items to the cart. It seems to be fixed now though. Maybe everyone is on Daz while waiting for their Easter meal to cook. LOL.
