Anyone know what the current average wait for sales support tickets to get answered and/or resolved?

    I don't know that there's necessarily an "average" wait time. I just think it depends on when it hits the Customer Service desk, so to speak.

    I've gotten responses within a couple of days, and a couple of times had to actually resend it after almost a week in order to get a response. It just all depends on how swamped they are when your support ticket hits.

    Also time of year does have some impact.

    The time from around the middle of December until around the beginning of the second week of January is notoriously slow. So give it a few extra days, if the ticket was sent recently.

    Dear Sirs and Madames,

    the ordered items (Ticket #295913) were incorrectly installed on my PC.

    My colleague only needs it on his PC (for POSER).

    Can you please arrange the refund of the purchase price (as a gift card),

    so that my colleague can reorder the articles with the gift card.

    Please open a salse Support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us to arrange your refund. If you wish the credit to be assigned to another account make sure you provide the email for that account in the ticket.
