2nd Flash Sale Additional Discounts NOT applying.

I posted this in the Flash Sale II thread, but to make sure it got seen in time, I'm posting it here.  Neither the PC+ extra 20% off or the extra 10% off with a purchase of a new item seem to be applying.

    Cybersox, can you tell me what the PC pricing was during the first round?  And did you happen to add a new item and notice what the 1.99 dropped to?  Additional facts always seem to make it easier for customer support who cleans up the mess from failed sales.  Thanks.

    My order was 4 items from the first round, got $1.60 off, for a final price of $6.36

    The $1.99 items were working out to either $1.43 or $1.44 each with both discounts applied.  So, if you're getting 10 items on this round, that's five and a half dollars in additional savings.

    It isn't working for me either.  Though, I only placed 4 items in my account (only $0.80 savings).  Then I went to checkout, and it was declined.

    "Payment Didn't Go Though, please try again later."

    All the information is correct on my end, and I spoke with my bank.  I have enough money in my account, and it didn't even register on their end.

    I'm a Platinum Club member. It says Platinum Club members should get an extra 20% off. I bought six things, and all of them were $1.99. Shouldn't there have been 20% off of these? I mean, it was still really low, but I think it should have been less since I'm a member. I've already checked out, so.....

    You can request the difference back via customer service.  Those items should have been $1.59 each if you didn't have a new release in the cart as well.

    Also getting a "Payment Didn't Go Through, please try again later" error.

    My membership is still active, and I have a more than significant balance in my bank account so neither of those should be causing this.

    I also was able to successfully purchase a three items in the earlier 1.99$ flash sale and the total came to 4.78$ so the discount applied then.

    I suspect mine worked where others didn't because I was using store credit.

    ...I just deleted it and reentered it. Also found  my address in the system was a very old one so I updated that.  Hope that doesn't bugger anything.

    There is another thread relating to someone getting a ransom notice tied to their Daz password.  When I tired to change mine I got another error that said "current password not valid". Very frustrating as it is the one I've been using to sign on here and to the DIM.

    CCs are still being worked on, if you're trying to do the flash sale with a CC and unable to, post your cart so you can show the post to Customer Service.

    ...bugger, now I get this:

    • Payment Declined: The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.

    However the bank has my current address which I updated here. What in the drek is AVS?

    They also need to fix it so you don't have to refresh the page every time you switch from your cart or the store to the forums.  Real bother.

    ETA, changed the address back to the former one and finally it worked.
