Is this from an Anime or Movie? [Solved]

Considering the striking similarities, I wonder if the design is based on something from an anime or a movie?

They're both super cute and I was looking at the Steampunk outfit I was like - wait, don't I own this? lol It seemed so similar to the CocoSuit, which came out in 2017, that I thought for a minute there that I had already purchased it. lol The steampunk playsuit looks like it comes with hair (under the hat), goggles, and a belt though - so it's a little different. They're both quite cute - but I have to wonder, given their similarities, are the designs based on something from pop culture that I missed?
Edit- It looks like Silver has found the answer: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/4507566/#Comment_4507566 :)

could be kinda reminds me of clothing in some of the Final Fantasy games I've seen too
and there were several Final Fantasy movies got several haven't watched them all but seen clips from games and movies with clothing like that
Looks a little bit like this character named Nina Drango from the anime Shingeki no Bahamut. It wouldnt surprise me though if other anime characters had similar appearances. Japanese are big on cosplay and schoolgirl appearances and stuff like that. On tvtropes there is even a page that talks about the different grades of stocking lengths (second link).

The mytilus one is a remake of one for V4 they did back in 2012, but I think both are made based off of a real life outfit by Kato from Steampunk Couture

Whao! Fantastic memory and eye - that's got to be it! They both are so similar to the brown playsuit you linked. It's cool to find out what inspired the outfit designs. I wasn't aware of that DraculaClothing site, but it looks like they have fun and cute outfit designs. :)
I think I spotted the inspiration behind the BibiSet, the Alexandria Bib Dress: https://draculaclothing.com/alexandria-bib-dress.html
Thank you for solving the mystery and for the link.
Now if we can get someone to make the Jinx Dress - I think those sleeves and ruffles are really pretty.
