Adding Dials for opening and closing drawers

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

How do I go about adding a dial that opens and closes a desk drawer? I have searched this forum and other web sites. Thanks in advance.

    You will need to add bones for this to happen. It's called rigging and there are a few tutorials in the store.

    A sliding drawer could be handled via a morph, since it's linear.

    One could just rename translate z to open.

    exactly what I do for drawers and for doors etc. just renamng makes it very very simple.
