This was reported earlier, Daz will probably fix it later today. In the mean time you can add it to your cart from the sale page or product list

There is, as a work-around, an add to cart button on the promo page ( https://www.daz3d.com/04-14-little-devil ) and the main store page ( https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ ). We have reported the lack on the product page itself to Daz.

This is a good thread to follow for reporting. It's hard to keep track if we get multiple threads for the same problem.
