How to Ask a Refund?

Hi everyone! :D
I've never asked a refund so far, but honestly I've found the Altern8 skin shaders (sorry...) so useless that I'd like to give it back.
I've sent a ticket almost one week ago, but no email or anything arrived to me! What are the times for these things? How do I know if I've done it in the right way?
Thank you! ^^

You should be able to log in to the ticketing system to see its status; that didn't work?
Hi :D
Could you tell me where's the login page for this ticketing system, please? :)
Did you recieve the auto ebot saying that the ticket had been received? If you didn't get the ebot then your ticket went astray and you should send it again.
There's a link at top-right of the page - just clicking it should be enough to remind the Zendesk system who you are.
Sign into your account in the Daz Store. Then use this link to go directly to the Help Center ticket system. (Or you can navigate there from the Help link on the main store page.)
Then click on the button in the upper right corner that says "Sign In". The button should change to show your Daz account name.
Now when you click on the button with your name and release the mouse, a menu will pop up that has "My activities" and "Sign out". Click on "My activities" and it will show you a list of all tickets you have submitted and what their status is.
Edited to add: When you submit a help request to ask for a refund, you should select the Sales Support as the Contact Department, instead of Technical Support. You will get faster service for refund related requests.
Thanks to everyone! :D
So I think the last ticket never arrived to Daz, because I didn't receive that mail and there's nothing in "My activities" page. Maybe I wasn't logged in?
Be sure that when you are on the Help page that it shows your name at the top right once you log in. It may be the login didn't quite kick through. If you see your name there then you should be logged in fine. Hope that helps
Yes now I actually sent it, I probably didn't log in the other time! :D
I hope this will help other noobs like me xD
Thank you all for the help!
Really? How so? I find I use it on nearly every character I create for a scene
That's why I bought it, but I prefer Skin Builder 8 and it ovverrides every texture I have on my characters. I don't really like the results, even when I play around with those strange settings. Maybe I'll study it in the future, but right now it's useless for me ^^
Its not just you, I don't like like Altern8 either unfortunately I left it to late to return it, the fact that it doesn't have presets for M8 was another peeve for me, and I found I had to spend time on tweaking to get anything close to my preferences made it worthless. The skins that come with most characters these days are exactly done and don't really need another whole new product to get them looking good.
Exactly...too much work for a not-optimal result! xD
I guess it's okay if you do a render per month, but if you do around 50 of them and it's not your job you want to be practical to leave more time for the creative part! ^^
Again, I would invest that time if there were a compatible result, as I do with Skin Builder 8, but in this case I don't think it's worth it either!
Have you received your refund yet?
Not yet, but they've answered me pretty soon, I think they're serious people! ^^
