Error When Closing Daz 4.1

I keep getting this problem after closing Daz 4.1. Ten days ago I contacted Tech Suppor and submittted a ticket and they acknowledge receiving it and 2 days later send me a unralated email and I have never heard from them again. I sent support ALL the pertinent information with the attached file, but since they have not answered, has anyone had a similar experience and what was the slution?
