Why the install manager could not Update?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

This is my first time to start the install manager ,and it beckoned me to update .But it show an error like the pictures~! My version is the latest 1.2.0.6.

    Have you tried closing it and restarting?

    I usually just download the DIM file from the website and update manually, never had much success with DIM updating itself.
