Slimmest, tallest G8F Base

Hey! Trying to figure out which is the tallest and slimmest genesis 8 base character. Eva 7 is a really good match for what I want, but Eva 8 is 3 inches shorter and her proportion is much stockier.
ideally a hip measurement of around 30 inches would be ideal.
I like to use base character bodies as it’s easy for client to pick them up and start creating clothes for them straight from the store.

Eva 7 for Eva 8? 5'11"
It's my understanding that when creating clothing for the genesis figures you should shart with the genesis base, not a specific character. Can anyone clarify this
It's recommended to start from the base figure but it is possible to start from a morphed figure. You should not start from a figure using scaling though.
To rig an item made for a morphed figure, load your morphed figure and your item, launch transfer utility, select the morphed figure and "shape: current" for the source.
Thanks Leana
For the original question, it's probably Tasha:
Height: 6'0" (183.1 cm)
Bust Circumference: 35.8" (91.0 cm)
Waist Circumference: 26.5" (67.4 cm)
Low Hip Circumference: 35.6" (90.4 cm)
Victoria is 6'0", and both Zelara and Gia are 5'11", but they have wider hips.
Thank you all!!
Just to clarify this isn't for making clothing for DAZ but for individual characters, and doesn't need to be rigged, I simulate the fit, drape and animation elsewhere.
There is only one G8F base; that base is G8F.
IMO, the must buy morphs provide what is required to attain tall and skinny, although other morphs can offer opportunities for additional tweakage.

The image is G8F base, with base textures.
Height 72.67 inches / 1.85 metres
The low hip (measure metrics) is 34.74 inches / 0.88 metres; this can be easily changed using the morphs I linked.
The second image shows the figure with the narrower waste.
29.73 inches / 0.75 metres
If you want tall and slim go with Tallian: https://www.daz3d.com/tallian-for-genesis-8-female lol :)
As far as the "base characters" go, I don't know their particular measurements. But you can easily add a LOT of height and slimness with the Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs.
Awhile back I tried to make a rough likeness of a friend of ours who happens to be a 6'5" beach volleyball plays. Lots of dial spinning and morph packages. She's awfully thin and awfully tall .. deceptively strong.
On the morphing front, there's also the free Sickleyield morphs that you can use to fine tune torso, leg, etc. length. They are designed to supplement the morph sets available through Daz3D.

While most of those are great, imo, I would not recommend using the Legs Length one. It distorts the upper teeth really badly and makes it look like she's being impaled through the mouth:
So far that's the only one I found an issue with though and I enjoy using them a lot. I just wouldn't recommend using that particular morph.
The leg length in the G8F body morphs works well though, although... I feel that if you use it without considering the figure as a whole, then the results can look odd.
Thanks for all the recommendations, I think the confusion comes where I say ‘base’, I’m talking about official Daz releases, like Eva 8, Victoria 8 etc
of course I can use the many morphs to make them taller and longer, but I find it becomes very difficult with posing. When working on projects with extremely tight turn around I’ve found using Daz official morphs for the body cut my lead times.
Someone already mentioned Tasha 8 for a DAZ base.
If you want a non-DO figure, try Misumi. She's slim and tall. She's even taller than some male figures out of the box.
