Need to contact vendor. Having problems with product.

I purchased the Lights and Cameras for Urban Future 6 from Stonemason. I'm having issues with it. Specifically, using one of the Camera presets, the render is coming out zoomed in from the camera's angle. The viewport shows the proper composition based on the camera preset. But, when a render is initiated, the render itself is zoomed in from the camera's angle. I render to a New Window so I can see what it looks like before choosing to save it or not.

Please, let me know if there is a way I can consult with the vendor to get the most out of this product.
