Pose converter?

I remember seeing a pose converter product somewhere in the Daz store, but can't find it now. Any help?

    It was by Cridget and I believe it is now at Renderosity.

    If you have Poser 5 to 7, there is also PuppetMaster Biped sold at CP. Poser 6 or 7 and up also has Universal Poses built in so you don't have to do any conversion.

    Nope. Still Daz addicted ... lol ... Even though I still find DS4.6 evil ... lol.

    I didn't find anything at Rendo under Cridget. Any ideas?

    The vendor is Cridgit and the product is called Posemaster For DAZ Studio, which comes with presets for the base V4/M4/Genesis conversions, although it can be set up to cross between any two figures with similar skeletons. There's also an expansion pack that adds presets for all of Gen 4 and 3, plus most of Gen 2.

    but can PoseMaster converter say M4 to V4 ?  or is that only from female pose to female pose?

    so the linked program is only transfer to Genesis..not G2,3,8? So there is a difference between g2, 3, 4 and Genesis1,2,3,8 yes?

    Reality you can use m4 poses on V4 or visa versa  without any conversion in fact you can cross gender most of the poses to most of the figures

    Keep in mind the original posts before the one above yours were from 2013. There are some pose transfer utilities in the DAZ store for the newer Gensis 2+ figures.

    There's this free one which is amazing but not V4/M4. I just used it to convert over 1000 poses from G3 to G8 and it works like a charm.

    In fact, Genesis and Genesis 2 default poses aren't Genesis 3 default pose (On Genesis 8, Shoulder bend: (Left +/Right -) 45, Thigh bend: (-/+) 6) .

    Genesis 2 default pose on Genesis 8 is also

    • Shoulder front-back: (-/+) 4
    • Forearm bend: (-/+) 6
    • Hand twist: -8
    • Hand side-side: (-/+) 12
    • Hand Pose Control, Hand fist: 4%

    Genesis default pose on Genesis 8 is

    • Shoulder front-back: (-/+) 5.5
    • Forearm bend: (-/+) 7.5
    • Hand twist: -8
    • Hand side-side: (-/+) 10
    • Hand Pose Control, Hand fist: 20%, Thumb bend: 8%

    Note: It's not perfect, there are more adjustments to do for the thumb and the fingers.
