  Not really a thing a morph can do. Depending on which figure you are using you might look at RawArt's NoSuit sets.

  I made somewhat of an eyeless, earless morph for my Bocular Man.

  But ... it’s way easier to do such things as geografts; other morphs will interfere with the design.
